Karen's background includes  operating of her own housekeeping and catering business while raising her family. Prior to becoming a realtor Karen worked as a chef at the Darling Marine Center. She purchased rental properties and started  her own property management company in 2005 Her experiences working in property management lead her to become a full-time REALTOR in 2012. 

An experienced self-starter,  Karen has been a top producing agent  in the mid-coast for the past three years, attributing her success to her strong Maine work ethic and great enthusiasm for every aspect of the real estate business.   Her recent affiliation with Keller Williams Realty, the leading real estate company in North America, will provide her even more support with their cutting-edge technology and far-reaching network.

 Be it buying or selling, Karen also attributes her personal success to making certain her clients have everything they need to make informed decisions.

Currently a Director on the Lincoln County Board of Realtors, Karen has also been actively involved in the community for a number of years. Karen likes to give back by donating 1% of her gross commissions to local charities in her clients names.   She resides in Bristol with her husband, Ron, and some very spoiled & happy pets.
