We worked with Karen in 2015 as a Seller. We listed the home with Karen sometime in late June. The home had a strong offer in approximately 4  1/2 months and closed shortly after. Yes the comparative market analysis was spot on. She took great care in taking photos. And updated outdoor photos as needed. She was at every showing. Always a little early to make sure everything was perfect.  After each showing was finished, Karen always got back with us quickly to let us know how it went.  

The market in 2015 was still picking up but getting stronger.  The offer we received was accepted ... simply because it was a great offer

 

In 2017 we worked with Karen as a Buyer. And again, she is very professional and she does her homework on the homes she shows. She is outgoing and goes above and beyond in both selling a home and assisting interested buyers with information they request. She sets up appointment quickly and is enthusiastic when showing the homes. She points out nice details and potentials and always with a smile and positivity.  She also has great eye contact. 

 

2018:  We are currently using Karen in helping us find a property to buy for our established business. She has dropped everything to show us a property we were interested seeing quickly. She's gone out in frigid icy temperatures this winter with a smile on her face and a zealousness for what she loves to do.
